Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

My mother got married in 1975. My mothers father got a house by partition with his father in 1965. My grand father has 2 sons and 3 daughters. All are married before 1985.

In 2002 my grand father wrote a settlement deed in favour of one of his son. And he muted the documents in his name. In 2010 my grand father died. Now my grand mother, and her 3 daughters and 2 sons are alive. Can we get a share in the property.

How to get it?
