Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My mother parents has a house which was sold recently by her four brothers.in the will also it was written that the proprty should belong to all the children. They have not intimated to my mother and her sister. My mother wanted her share or some part of amount from them. how many days before can she file a case against them from the date of sale. Or what she has to do to get her share.

You need to file a suit for partition / or seek a share from the sale proceeds. Was the Will probated or not?
