Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
I, my mother and three sisters are class 1 legal heirs of my deceased father. We want to divide our land property among ourselves in which majority portion goes to me and rest to sisters and mother. Which would be better regd. Deed of partition or regd. Deed of Family Arrangement?

registered deed of partition would do otherwise you may also file a suit for succession.
