Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My mother-in-law expired leaving a small property, and documents are there with me. my wife expired, i dont have any death cirtificates of them. im 62 years old. I have a son and i want to take a leagel heir cirtificate to my son. He is major. What is the process. can i make affidevit in court and get his leagal heier cirtificate. Please adwise me.

Where is your father inl aw ? Do you have any brother in law or sister in law etc ? Is your mother-in law 's mother alive ?please clarify.
