Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
What is M.O.U.?
Is it necessary to register the same? if yes,What is the effect of not registering the same?
If broken what are the consequences?
Is it legal to enter in to an M.O.U. which debars/takes away my rights given under companies act 1956 as a shareholder. In other words, can M.O.U. override the provisions of the Companies Act. 1956?
What is the effect of such M.O.U.?
