Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

By Mstake ( pressure from some powerful person) i have done agreement of My land 6 years ago on very low rate (1.30 per acres ) & also we have opposed for that agrrement later on But Lower court has given judgment agist me.

actualy i have borrow money (1 lacks ) from the Party at that time with gaurantee of my Land. But the Opp party has made wrong agreement. I have apeal on High court agst Lower court . NOw i want to know what are posibilities & how we can gain our Property ?

as the deal has already been done and you also have lost the case, and you have also appealed in the high court, you may have to wait for the high court verdict.
