nambardari case
i am a retired police officer. my ancestors (father , grand father and so on..) were nambardar of my village. But now some people try to snatch our nambardari.
tehsildar recomend my name to sdm ,but sdm orders in favor of other party. My economical condition is much better than other party.So kindly suggest me what should i do to overcome this crisis.

Approaching the High Court under Article 226 seems a viable option. However, the entire facts need to be studied.

Go for writ in high court challenging the order of SDM.
