Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
my neighbor has built house in my land he has crossed 6"*20feet, he is not listening to our words what do i do ? and if i go by law how long does it take?

You have to go by law for filing suit for demolition and immediate injunction. If you go to police also then wont help you as the matter is civil in nature.
