Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Neighbor harassment - Drainage Water Leakage (like drops) from upstairs apartment from last 3 months and property holder not repair this leakage from his end. suggest me the proper way to solve this problem and made pressure to the property holder to repair his leakage.

Write a letter to the member, Society, Municipality and the Police stating that the leakages are danger to the life and limb of you and yours family members. Specifically write that if any unfortunate incident happens, you all will be responsible.
