Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My neighbour is going to cosntruct a shoping complex near my land with out leaving the fire gap. What is law by which he is bound to leave a fire gap between the construction ?

in case he is not leaving the fire gap, you have an option of filing a civil suit restraining him from constructing the complex. you may implead the municipal corporation and the fire department as part along with the neighbour.
