Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Our neighbour have encroached our land and constructed compound wall when we were not in station. This happened 3 months back. Please advise me how to initiate legal action to remove the constructed wall?

Legal action would take lot of time . If your neighbor has encroached upon your land ,you can demolish the same without coming to court . And if the neighbor complains about the same to police etc . you can show the papers and satisfy them otherwise the court procedure would take a while for you to get relief.
though i agree that matter usually takes time but i will still not suggest demolishing it... send them legal notice ..or complaint in near police station... but dont indulge in some illegalities....may after that they charge u for further false charges etc etc.... rest up to u
