Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
my neighbour is harrassing us and troubling is by many ways. He has made heavy leakage in the bathroom it is so heavy that there was fire in our MCB board which damage all our electric fittings. He taps whole night make noise so that we cant sleep. He is doing so because he wants constuct room just above our house
