Call police immediately or else if your district has protection officer under domestic violence act inform them, they will ensure that the lady is protected.

Dear Sir / Madam,
(A S Rao Nagar / Kamla Nagar / Kapra, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh)
Domestic violence is a criminal offence.
If you are residing in a co-operative housing Society, the rules and regulations of the Society prohibit a member from causing any nuisance or disturbance to other members residing in the Society. If a complaint is lodged in writing to the Society, the Secretary of the Society is required to place the complaint in the Managing Committee meeting, and inform the concerned member to stop this domestic violence. If the member still persists despite the warning from the Society, the Secretary is required to report the matter to the Police.

Inform police. Ask your wife to talk to neighbors' wife and inform police accordingly.
