Dear Sir / Madam,
(Shillong, Meghalaya)
The neighbour needs your prior consent, if they are to lay a new drainage line through your compound, at the rear side of your house. The issue can be amicably resolved between you and your neigbour with the intervention and inspection by the local Diengiei / East Khasi Hills / Mylliem / Wahlong Municipal Officials where your house is situated, to decide a permanent drainage solution applicable to the layout of plots in your vicinity.
