my neighbour use tofencehispropertyby attending fencing from myside with out my permission . at the bountrysomebambootreesarethere.theirbranchers are growing on my land side and i find it difficult in entering with my car. i told him to cut off the trees .he refused do do so, is there any law to cut the branches hang over my side

request him to cut the branches which cause difficulties to you....
if he does not listen you cut the branches .... no prob...
