Ihave applied for noc but my dept rejected and said that you arenot eligible as you are already in govt job in same basic salary iam in cisf assub inspector and i applied for delhi police sub inspector

The decision seems to be logical. However, you may want to check up your service rules. If you find anything wrong or illegal in the impugned decision, you may consider filing a writ petition in the high court through a local lawyer.
