I had send my repply within three days to shop keeper which acknowledgment is available with us. after 75 days of receiving my response shop keeper has file a case to CJM (Class 1) and a have received a accused note today (4th Oct) as per above citied subject.

when i have not received any laptop, neither any challan, bill was signed by me as a acceptance what is the meaning of such type of case. as I have informed earlier to shopkeeper (through cell phone) before stoping the payment, (can be access in my cell phone bill) how I can protect my self. I am never faced legal matters. Kindly guide ?
