Notice of accused U/S 138/141/142 NI R/W 420 IPC

I have negotiaated a laptop from a nearest shop under finance scheme on 5th june on assured delivery of laptop on next day (6th june). for further processing a have given cheque of 10,500 as a down payment and 8 post dated cheque of Rs 2426 as EMI. next day when i have ask shop keeper for delivery, shop keeper tell me that loan not approved and can not be deliver today, thus i refuse to purchase laptop and ask dealer to return all the papers submited for loan and submit a request in bank to stop payment. after one month I received a massage from his layer regarding dishonour of cheque and asking to pay the above said amount. I had send my repply within three days to shop keeper which acknowledgment is available with us. after 75 days of receiving my response shop keeper has file a case to CJM (Class 1) and a have received a accused note today (4th Oct) as per above citied subject.

when i have not received any laptop, neither any challan, bill was signed by me as a acceptance what is the meaning of such type of case. as I have informed earlier to shopkeeper (through cell phone) before stoping the payment, (can be access in my cell phone bill) how I can protect my self. I am never faced legal matters. Kindly guide

face trial and in the same case file cross case against him for malicious prosecution. you can also file fresh complaint against him on these grounds.
