Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Notice period for 3 months
I'm a professional and work for KPO company in Gurgaon. While joining, i had signed 3 months of notice period contract. Now i left this company after 2 years giving them 1 month of notice period. Now the company has suited me for permananet injunction. Now let me know what options do i have. Is there some labour law wherby i can contest the suit against me. Any previous judgment which can help me fighting the suit. Any other suggestion for me ?? Thans a lot!!

Re: Notice period for 3 months
you may be liable to pay salary for the notice period if there is any such provision in your contract.
