is it offence or can i Be Charged with Parental Kidnaping, of my Minor son aged 1 year, If i take him from mother and not return, an if i cross the state Karnataka,Im The Father of the child But She Has Given My Pet Name On Childs Birth Certificate, My Document Name Is David Kumar,and Her Name on Childs Birth Certificate is also wrong, insted of asha y.g she has given Asha.s,This False Information Was Given By her in The Hospital an The Register Of Births Office, i Have The Proof For That also, But Now Without Her Constent I have Made A Birth Certificate of my child With Right Mother An Father Name From The Court Order an I have The Birth Certificate With Right Informationof Mother an Father On Child Birth Certificate Order By Court, Is it offence Cause She Gave a False Informations? Until now their is no court orders or anything Between my wife an me, she Has affair with 2 Men Outside The family,an I have all the proofs of it. Shes Caught an Wanted a Divorce from me, im very much concern about my son Future, In State the law Says the custody of a minor childs below the age of 5 usally goes to the mother, An The child dsnt Go the Mother like he cmes to me. Pls Suggest,
