Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

one officer of my company was taking money using my personel vehicle without pay for visit of her wife, giving duty of 16 hour (although i m not company employee, asking me to drive other mans bus without his knowledge ) . All these incidents and talk happened in mobile phon ) . The company officer when i oppose started putting alligation against me so i left job ( i was not appointed by company but by a private bus owner ). Then i send a notice to him telling incident and asking for my old job . He replied denieng all facts even her wife and brother in law talk to me in phone in 200 km journey thru medium of registered reply of notice . Plese guide me . Is mobile phone talk and can toll plaza in between journey will help as proof . R these proof enough legally
