Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

overseas companies wishes to retain a lawyer to do pre litigation and post litigation work for them and their subsidiaries in India. comprehensive proposal invited from lawyers and the same should specifically state the break up of charges viz. drafting, consultation, appearance etc. the proposal can be given in reply to this query. only smartly drafted and comprehensive proposal be sent.
