if the owner / cleint does not pay brokerage charges after deal is concluded for the proerty, and as such there is no written contract with the owner/ client for the brokerage charges only verbally agreed by the cleint / owner to pay such charges it is general practice of the trade How one can recover his professional charges under which section one cane file the suit or one can file summary suit

It is possible to recover the dues with proof of brokerage rates and the fact of verbal agreement.

there has to be something in writing to show that you were the broker in the deal. unless you have anything in writing, you cannot recover the commission. normally the agent s name is mentioned in the bayana receipt.
