Also she has damaged my property to some extend in her personal fights. She is also not vacating the flat on verbal notice. There are 4 more months for her agreement to get over. But i want her to leave my flat asap. When ever i go to my flat she is never there. She does not attend my phone calls. All her cheques have bounced so far. What can i do..?

you can issue a legal notice and file suit for vacating the premises
You can give legal notice and there is an option that after giving one month notice you can evict them.
Moreover file 138 cases and file case of eviction on the ground of non payment and damage of proeprty.
You should initiate proceedings u/s 138 of NI Act against dishonor of cheque besides you should file suit for eviction after serving notice to tenant.
You have to act as per agreement. If there are specifications for dishonouring the agreed terms, then invoke them.
