Owner ship of property

I have purchased a site measuring 1200 sq.ft from Annappa during 1992 and obtained a katha for the land from Banglore. After the death of Annappa his son sold the property to another person. Kindly clarify whether I have a right over the property

yes.After purchasing the land you are the absolute owner of the land.

yes you have right over the property and take its possession immediately.

if u have a valid sale deed in your favour annappal's son cannot sell the property to anybody you are the owner of teh property

Yes you have got a right on property. File proper suit and complaint in the court to safeguard your interests pertaining to the property.
