Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
i am owning 1 acre of land which came to me from my grandfather.the property came to my grand father by a partition deed in 1961 between family. now the problem is my grand fathers father had purchased the property in 1942. my neibhours grand father had purchased the adjacent land in 1943. when he did settlement to them in1958 he has included our property also in it. the revenue records were proper till 1980. after that my neibhours giving the settlement deed had deleted my grandfathers name. i again included my grand fathers name in 2005. now my neibhours are creating problems since it is a vacant land. now i am planning to file a suit....what to do....

You should engage a counsel and instruct him to file the proposed suit.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Is the land located in Arasampalayam, Karuvampalayam, Kathankanni, Maruduraiyanvalasu, T C Market, Tirupur Bazar or some other place in Coimbatore ?
First things first .... Get a fencing done around the entire 1 acre plot to cordon it off with Police protection, if necessary. Place a security guard at the gate of your plot to man it 24/7.
Next go to check how and who changed the name in the revenue records. Do all the fact finding before you drag the matter to Court.
