does pagdi system is registered and we have one house of pagdi system in name of my grand father and mey grand father and parents are no more and the present house is occupied by my elder brother and now he is selling the property and now willing to give share . do all brother and sisters have right for the share. and what we can do to get the share. also if he does not give share can we put that flat in court reciever

Pagadi system cannot be registered.
However, the lessee rights which is being sold for a price is to be shared amongst all brothers and sisters as per Hindu Law of inheritance.
