Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Parents held (Either or Survivor account )Bank locker. Now mother has passed away. Now, the daughter with a false claim (that her jewels are also in the locker) wants to take a stay to prevent the father to access his own locker.
1. Is it legally possible for her to get a stay?
2. Is it possible for the father to file a case(criminal or civil) against the daughter and family for harrasing, creating problems etc.,

Private Practise
Ask the father to empty the locker and than the sister cannot do anything as early as possible. If daughter files a case and even gets a stay, nothing will happen. Even you can ask the court to check the locker.
