Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

My parents had two sons and six daughters all are married. But my elder brother wants all property on his name also house. His relatives (in-laws ) bit my daddy two years back we complain to Police station .Also my father complain about my elder brother harassment to parents at police station . Both the brothers are addicted. So they want property on their name before father dies. We six sisters are opposing for this. When my mother was alive but elder brother did not came to see her neither his wife and children. My younger brother also drinks and his wife stays with her parents along with her two years daughter. Both the daughter in laws want property on their name because we are six sisters , the property will be divided in all. Elder brother now catching my father at nakas, or church and asking him to sign the papers on stamp paper he has written in blank �Consent leter�. My mother was admitted in hospital in ICU but his family did not turned up to see her. When mother came home and I asked her that I am calling elder brother to see you but she refused and said that when I was at my home and he was there he did not look at my face now I do not want to see him. Also my daddy asked my mother that elder son is requesting for signing the consent letter what should I do? She replied that do not sign for him?

Now church authority also taking his side, relatives also taking his side but elder brother does not have any face to show father and ask ? Also both brothers do not want sisters to come to their parents house?

1.As a Christian We sisters can get property rights?

2.Both brothers are harassing and not giving proper food to eat always giving bad words? What should I do?
