Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

Parking Issue

I own a ground floor of a builder built residential floors in Rohini, Delhi. I would like to know if the above floor residents have any rights to the parking space is front of the house. The Parking space can accommodate only two cars and as I have 2 cars, I everyday lands up to a fight with first and second floor residents.

Please suggest what shall be done, as my neighbour keeps on giving me warning of Police and Law. Is there any law governing the parking act.

Re: Parking Issue

The use of parking lot depends upon your agreement with the builder. There may be a general pool parking or specifically allotted parking. If you are parking in a general parking area, it may be ok; but you are parking in the area earmarked to your neighbour, that may be wrong and they make take action as per law.
