Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Ex parte decree executed relating to immovable property whether it can be reopened & repossession can be obtained. Pls give legal cases for reference.

You have to explain the Court about your non appearance on the date of exparte, if satisfied ,the court may set aside the exparte order.
