when a partition suit is pending in talluka court . & the land is aquiring by LAO for dam . LAO release section4 notice..
can plentif request the court . to inform the LAO . to do not release the compantation to the plentif as wel as defendent . & deposit the comapntation to the same court

You may approach the court for "apportionment" of the compensation after determining ownership rights; and meanwhile, the authorities may deposit the amount in court.
