Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Can a third party seek lifting of a stay order in the Bombay High Court under the Employees Provident Fund & Misc. Provisions Act 1952, and if so how ? Also will such a stay Order apply to the third party?
Please note it is axiomatic that the third party is neither a petitioner nor respondent ( the parties litigating), for which the HC has granted a stay order.
