Pecuniary jurisdiction of the court.

Under the pecuniary Jurisdiction suit is for partition plaintiff has not properly made the valuation of the suit property defendant filing objection on the act of plaintiff by making application for the proper valuation of the suit property and raising the issue of pecuniary jurisdiction of the court. Whether the application may pass in the favour of defendant? Give any referential case laws relating this case. Thank u.
