ONE PERSON GIVES POWER TO ANOTHER PERSON DURING HIS LIFETIME FOR HIS SCHEDULE PROPERTY.AND HE DIED.THE POWERHOLDER ENTERED IN TO A UNREGISTERED SALEAGREEMENT TO ANOTHER PERSON.IN THE MEAN TIME THE DECEASED LEGAL HEIRS ENTITLED TO CLAIM THEIR FATHERS SCHEDULE PROPERTY.IS THE UNREGISTERD SALE AGREEMENT IS VALID? ASPER THE LAW POWER HOLDER WINS ?
