ONE PERSON GIVES POWER TO ANOTHER PERSON DURING HIS LIFETIME FOR HIS SCHEDULE PROPERTY.AND HE DIED.THE POWERHOLDER ENTERED IN TO A UNREGISTERED SALEAGREEMENT TO ANOTHER PERSON.IN THE MEAN TIME THE DECEASED LEGAL HEIRS ENTITLED TO CLAIM THEIR FATHERS SCHEDULE PROPERTY.IS THE UNREGISTERD SALE AGREEMENT IS VALID? ASPER THE LAW POWER HOLDER WINS ?

in case the agreement was executed after the death of the executor of power of attorney, the same would be invalid as per law. once an executor of attorney dies, the powers conferred through the attorney automatically come to an end unless a will has also been executed along with power of attorney.
