Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
if a person threatens to falsely implicate a advice seeker and his family members and also blatantly lie in order to create panic that the mother of advice seeker called him and said that the advice seeker committed suicide. is this actionable under IPC or cyber law or both., as advised.

the act is actionable both under IPC for criminal intimidation and under the relevant provisions of IT Act.
