Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
personal/creditcard loan default
I had taken some personal loans/credit cards and suddenly i have medical problems/loss of work-hence i have defaulted my emis by 8-9mths.now i am still under treatment and it will take some months before i can think of repayment-what is the solution or insolvency is the only solution.kindly advice
