petetion for special leave to appeal

our opposite filed a petetion for special leave to appeal,our grandfather and opposition's father wrer original licencee in country liqur shop in maharashtra,after my g.father death he delete my g.father's name,and took alone ownership,against that we won in appel at second advoc-court in osmanabad,against which he filed appeal at mumbai high court,bench at aurangabad,we won there also,now he filed petition in supreme.

for which we need such a lawyer knowing bombay prohibition act,1973 and also partnership act,what will fee for it?

Your enquiry is only about the fees but you need to mention the exact details of the case pending in court. It is also not clear from you question that right now what is the relief you are seeking for apparantly it is your demand to have the licence in your name. We are well expert in this field the usual fees for lawyers in this regard ranges around Rs.15000/- to Rs.60000/- depending upon your selection of lawyer.
