Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
pl let me know whether the ancestors property( grandfather self acquired) can regd as a will or gifted to the sister or brother or can be regd to one of my brother or sister my father is not alive. my mother wrote a wil against my fathers ancesters property to my sister. I am afraid of the whether they have ditched me sister and brother are very stubborn about the property should not come to my sons. please suggest me what to do and know about the will and gift procedures. help
