when FIR is not provied to the patry even after repeated request what remedy does a destitute person has ?

FIR is a public document which every one can have it from Police Station. It may be obtained from relevant court if challan has been submitted.

You may obtain from the court of the police jurisdiction.

One may obtain a copy of the FIR from the court which may have territorial jurisdiction over the concerned police station.
