position of power of attorney
i want to know what happens to the positon of a power of attorney taken by three plaintiff s together and when one dies. does the power of attorney continue with the other two plaintiffs or will the suit be disposed off?

Re: position of power of attorney
in given proposition if one plaintiff dies then his POA shall cease to exist but the suit will continue in respect of other plaintiffs and their POA shall also continue.the application shall be filed to bring legal heirs of deceased plaintiff on record.
