Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
i had given power of attorney to my agent.after some information i revoked the power of attorney through registered post notice on 5-8-2010 to my agent. the same copy was forwarded to registrar of registry office and district collector.again on 5-10-2010 i have given him (my agent)the information but in spite of all notices my agent has sold my land on 12-10-2010 . my question is (1) the registered post notice against revocation is valid or not.
(2)is that registry done by him is legal or illegal.(3)what steps should i take?

in case the registery is done even after revocation notice received by agent, the buyer may show his ignorance and you may sue the agent for damages.
