power of attorney

one who has the power of attorney in his name can he uses the right of GPA made transfer that property to himself wheather this transfer is valid, because he is the owner of the property according to the GPA if he do so that transfer become that his property purchased by him is it possible to purchase his own property ?(according to indian law)

This seems to be a very weird situation; the GPA hold is an agent of the owner and he may represent the owner for transfer of the property in the name of a third party. The transfer in his own name may not be valid in law. You may consider challenging the same, if you have NOT received any consideration from the GPA holder.

However, if you have received the property value from the GPA holder, then you should not be concerned / worried about the transfer, even if that may illegal.

If the GPA holder has cheated you, a criminal case u/s 420/406 may also be filed against him.
