Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
we have a power for a property. but there are tresspasser who claim its there property we have cases filed but we are not getting any solution. we have the sale deed, power and property tax payed by us. now we have to sell the place how do we proceed. will registering the property will give a solution. 15years civil dispute is happening. how can i sell this land.
