Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

A who prepared a forged POA sold to C who died in subsequent yrs. and then bought back from his gaurdians. A sold me this share and his own whole share in two different Khewats in a same registry but one year later he prepared a Fard Badar to increase his share,collaborating with Patwari n N.Tehsildar (Not a Compitent Authority ) n sold this share to D who, illegally depossessed me,(demolished a room, uprooted my garden , stole my electric meter in my name, took away my belongings and beat my servant ] I went to police-no response, I went to PHRC but no use now some cases Sp. Relief Act Sec 6, complaint, n for damages r put in courts where I feel "A delayed
Justice" is expected. All due to Political Pressure. What can b done? .
