Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Propert matter in case of co-owner
If I buy a house with my father as a co-owner and if one of use dies i.e. me or my father then who will have ownership of the flat? If I want my wife to own my share of ownership on the property after my death how can I do it? Can me and my father make a common will for that particular property by mutual consent and as per our discussed terms and condition so that after any one death, nor my mother suffer and not my wife?

Both of you can make your separate wills bequeathing your respective share in favour of your spouse.
