Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

Property Case

Respected sir,

In concern with the Property case of mine!

My big brother who didnt married had put a case to distributed the property, and its now under process,

and I bought a land (4 acres- from out side people)of my own money earned from job in IT for 4 years as software Eng. and I do have the pay slips and tax forms relating to that as a prove.

And I am bit scared now that my brother included this new land purchased by me in the distribution.

Please give me your valuable suggestion if this case works in distribution including my land or it will be favored to me on basis of my company pay slips and tax forms.

Thanks in advance,

Kiran

Re: Property Case

Out of court settlement is best solution but not every time. Where there is deliberation, it must be contested. Don't worry. Land of one person cannot be included with joint holding. Sale Deed in your favour is conclusive proof of your title which cannot be amalgamated with others one. Be patient, no one can harm you. Feel free if you have still query. Re: Property Case

Kiran, do not worry; the land purchased by you in your name out of your funds may not most likely be included in the joint family property for distribution; it seems that your brother has included this property deliberately to put pressure on you. It will be better if you consider an out of court settlement to avoid further litigation costs and time.
