property documents

i have a property vacant land in my name and patta (transfer of ownership) is in my name. I have all sets of parent documents. but in the will it says partition deed and court decree order but the seller does not handedover them to me.

If title of the property has already been transferred already in your name, you may not need other documents like partition deed and court decree preceding transfer.

Moreover, a copy of the partition deed may be obtained from the revenue authorities - Patwari of your area; and a copy of the court decree may be obtained from the court concerned.

You need not to demand any document from the seller.
