Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

Property Information of a Dead Person

Dear Sir,

My sister is the legal heir of her husband and the other one is their parent. We want to obtain the property information of her husband who has passed away.

We rely on third party to obtain such info who delays to get the same as we are placed at a distant place.

Is it required to obtain the property info to file a case for share on property. What should we do if we are not getting such information of her husband from the Registrar office or through any other sources.

Re: Property Information of a Dead Person

you may seek the help of a lawyer and he would certainly get all the required information regarding the property along with the certified true copies of the property. it is advisable to file the case after obtaining certified copies of the property in order to obtain a stay without much delay.
